This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of subscriptions and services provided by Clinical. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide fair and transparent cancellation procedures for all our users.

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Through your account settings on the Clinical platform
  • By contacting our support team via email at info@clinical.pk
  • By calling our support line at +92 322 9341731

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for that period.

2.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of your paid subscription term.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Refund Terms

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: Pro-rated refunds may be provided if our service is unavailable for extended periods due to technical issues on our end.
  • Billing errors: Full refunds will be provided for any billing errors or unauthorized charges.

3.2 Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Annual Subscriptions

4.1 Early Cancellation

If you cancel an annual subscription before the end of the subscription term:

  • No refund will be provided for the remaining months of the annual subscription.
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of your paid subscription period.
  • You will not be charged for any renewal periods after cancellation.

4.2 Conversion to Monthly

Annual subscriptions cannot be converted to monthly subscriptions. If you wish to switch to monthly billing, you must wait until your annual subscription expires and then subscribe to a monthly plan.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

5.1 Data Access Period

After cancellation, you can ask us to send you your exported data for a period of 7 days. We recommend exporting all important data before your subscription expires.

5.2 Data Deletion

After the 7-day grace period, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies. This includes:

  • Patient records and medical information
  • Appointment schedules and clinical notes
  • Billing and invoice data
  • User account information

Important: Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported all necessary data before the deletion period expires.

6. Reinstatement

If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation:

  • You may resubscribe at any time through our website or by contacting support.
  • If your data was deleted, you will need to start with a new account.
  • Previous pricing or promotional rates may not be available upon reinstatement.

7. Trial Periods

If you are on a free trial:

  • You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
  • No refunds are provided for trial-to-paid conversions if you cancel after the trial period has ended.

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Medical Emergencies or Hardship

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you experience a medical emergency, financial hardship, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation. We may provide accommodations on a case-by-case basis.

8.2 Service Issues

If you are canceling due to service issues or technical problems, please contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving issues and may be able to address your concerns without cancellation.

9. Changes to Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
