You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates, which may temporarily interrupt service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinical, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
